What are your opening hours?

Our stores opening hours are:
8:30am – 5:00pm Weekdays
9:00am – 2:00pm Saturday
Closed - Sunday and public holidays.

If you are travelling to see us, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability, especially on Saturdays and during holiday periods.

Orders and Shipping

What are you cut-off times for orders?

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Our current same-day dispatch cut-off is 12:30pm on business days. Orders placed after this time will usually be dispatched the next business day.

Dispatch times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or major sale events.

Are your products in stock?

We carry a wide range of products, but stock can vary depending on the item, supplier, and demand.

If a product is out of stock, we’ll let you know the estimated lead time as soon as possible. If you need something urgently, contact us before ordering and we can confirm current availability.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the product, your location, and whether the item is in stock.
We ship products once the funds have been received.

As a general guide:

metro deliveries usually arrive faster than regional deliveries
larger freight items may take longer than standard parcels
orders placed after the daily cut-off will usually be processed the next business day

If you need a more accurate ETA, contact us with the product and delivery suburb or postcode.

Do you ship internationally?

Most products are shipped within Australia. Some items may be available for international shipping, depending on the product and destination.

If you are ordering from outside Australia, contact our team first so we can confirm availability, shipping options, and costs.

Fitting and Pickup

Do you offer fitting and installation?

Yes. We offer fitting for all accessories we sell and also additional 4x4 products that you want may source yourself and need fitting from us, depending on the vehicle, product, and location.

If you would like a fitted quote, send us:

- your vehicle make, model and year
- the products you are interested in
- your suburb or preferred store

Our team will let you know the best option for supply only or supply and fitting.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. In-store pickup may be available for eligible orders.

If you would like to collect your order, contact us first so we can confirm:

- stock availability
- pickup location
- when your order is ready

Are all your products brand new?

Yes. Tyrant 4x4 Accessories supplies brand new products ONLY unless clearly stated otherwise.

Warranty and Consumer Information

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and manufacturer.
We also offer fitment warranty so you can be confident with any fitments done by our team.

If you have an issue with a product, contact us with:

- photos or video of the issue
- a short description of the problem

Our team will review the issue and advise the next steps.

What are my statutory rights?

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Who covers the cost of a warranty claim?

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost of making a warranty claim, including returning the product.
