What are you cut off dates for orders?

Tyrant 4×4 Accessories aims to have all orders sent out the same day the orders are received. Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 12:30pm and any orders placed after that will be dispatched the following day. Expect delays specially during holiday periods or certain events such as Melbourne Cup, Labour day etc.

Can you ship Tyrant 4×4 Packages?

Yes, of course, all pricing on our Packages do not include shipping cost, depending on the shipping location we will add an additional cost for delivery. Please note that sometimes parts may not be in stock and may need to wait 4-12 weeks to restock before dispatch. Example: A wheels, tyres and suspension package we will send what’s in stock first, also please note sometimes parts will arrive in different/separate boxes and may be delivered by different couriers.

Tyrant 4×4 Accessories Headquarters, is based at 3B/6 Boundary Road, Northmead, 2152, NSW, Australia.

Tyrant 4×4 Accessories Head office is open from 8:30am – 5:00pm weekdays and 9:00am – 3:00pm Saturday and closed public holidays.

Are these products in stock?

Yes, most of our accessories listed are in stock at our Sydney based warehouse. However if we are out of stock, we will notify you with the ETA. Some accessories may take up to 14 weeks to restock.

Are all your products brand new?

Yes, here at Tyrant 4×4 Accessories we guarantee all our accessories are brand new and quality controlled before sales and installation.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, Customers who order online are more than welcome to pick up their purchases in store or have them installed by Tyrant 4×4 Accessories head office at 3B/6 Boundary Road, Northmead, 2152, Australia, NSW.

Do you offer Installation?

Yes, here at Tyrant 4×4 Accessories, we offer installation for all our accessories including wheels, tyres and suspension lift kits at all our stores and distributors in Australia and overseas.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately the majority of our products will only be shipped within Australia. Although we do ship products like E-Boards to the US. Please contact the team on 1800 860 680 to find out what can be shipped internationally.

How long does shipping take to arrive once ordered?

We ship all our products from our Northmead Head office New South Wales, our cut off times are 12:30pm AEST, orders placed after this time will be dispatched next day. Customers in Australian will normally receive parcels within 1-5* working days depending on your location. Customers outside Australia will receive parcels within 3-10* working days depending on your location (Please note during public holidays there will be extra delays). *During the Covid pandemic, shipping times will be delayed*

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, Tyrant 4×4 Accessories offers a minimum 12 months warranty on every listed product (you can check individual products for their specific warranty periods). Send us an email with photos / video of any issues and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible, whether it be replacement, repairs or refund.

Statutory Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition, the benefits given by this warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies under a law in relation to the products.

When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or a part, the replaced product or part becomes Tyrant 4×4 Accessories’ property. Only unaltered Tyrant 4×4 products and parts are eligible for replacement. The replacement product of part is warranted for the balance of the period remaining on the original product. Products and parts presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished product or parts of the same type rather than being repaired or replaced with new parts.

Cost of claiming

Under this warranty, unless Tyrant 4×4 Accessories agrees in writing you bear the cost of claiming under this warranty including the cost of returning the product to Tyrant 4×4 Accessories.

Under this Warranty, Tyrant 4×4 Accessories is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in the possession of Tyrant 4×4 Affiliates.
