These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of products and services from Tyrant 4×4 Accessories Trading Pty Ltd, trading as Tyrant 4×4 Accessories (“Tyrant 4×4”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including purchases made through our website, stores, workshops, telephone sales and other sales channels.
By placing an order, accepting a quote, paying a deposit, booking installation services or otherwise purchasing products or services from Tyrant 4×4, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Tyrant 4×4 supplies automotive accessories, 4×4 products and related services, including installation and workshop services.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or services or make reasonable changes to our product range at any time.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information and pricing displayed on our website or provided by our team are accurate.
However, manufacturers and suppliers may change product designs, specifications, packaging or components from time to time.
Product photographs are generally illustrative. Minor differences in colour, finish, design or appearance may occur due to manufacturing changes, lighting, photography or screen settings.
Where a particular specification, feature, colour or configuration is important to your purchase, please confirm it with Tyrant 4×4 before ordering.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where goods do not match their description or otherwise fail to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Many products sold by Tyrant 4×4 are designed for specific vehicle makes, models, years and variants.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle where requested, including its:

Where you provide accurate vehicle information and rely on Tyrant 4×4’s advice in selecting a product, applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this section.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed by Tyrant 4×4 are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted by Tyrant 4×4, except where there has been an obvious pricing or system error or where otherwise permitted by law.
Installation or fitting charges are not included in a product price unless expressly stated.

Quotes provided by Tyrant 4×4 are based on the information available at the time the quote is prepared.
Unless otherwise stated on the quote, a quote does not guarantee ongoing product availability.
Quotes may be subject to expiry dates stated on the quote.
If a customer’s vehicle has undisclosed modifications, damage, previously installed equipment or other conditions that materially affect installation, additional work or parts may be required.
Where reasonably practicable, Tyrant 4×4 will obtain the customer’s approval before carrying out material work outside the agreed scope.
An order is subject to acceptance by Tyrant 4×4.
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including where:
If Tyrant 4×4 cancels an order that has already been paid and the customer is not responsible for the cancellation, amounts paid for the cancelled products or services will be refunded as appropriate.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed, dispatched, customised or placed with a supplier.
Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by Tyrant 4×4.
Depending on the transaction, payment methods may include card payments, electronic payments, bank transfer, finance providers, buy-now-pay-later services or other payment options offered by us.
Orders may not be processed, dispatched or installed until required payments or deposits have been received or authorised.
Where payment is made through a third-party finance or payment provider, additional terms and conditions imposed by that provider may apply.

Payment of a deposit indicates the customer’s intention to proceed with the agreed order or booking.
If a customer subsequently cancels, treatment of the deposit will depend on the circumstances and any reasonable costs Tyrant 4×4 has already incurred.
This may include supplier cancellation charges, restocking charges, freight, customisation or other costs reasonably incurred specifically for the customer’s order.
Deposits will not automatically be forfeited simply because an order is cancelled.

Some products are specifically ordered, manufactured, configured, painted or otherwise prepared for an individual customer or vehicle.
Once Tyrant 4×4 has committed to a special order with a supplier or customisation has commenced, cancellation or change-of-mind returns may not be possible.
Where cancellation is possible, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted from any amount refunded.
This does not affect rights available under the Australian Consumer Law where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Customers must ensure their vehicle is available at the agreed location and time for installation.
Customers should disclose relevant vehicle modifications, damage or existing accessories that may affect installation before work begins.
During installation, Tyrant 4×4 may identify additional work or components required to complete the installation safely or correctly.
Where reasonably practicable, we will obtain the customer’s approval before performing material additional work that results in additional charges.
Installation times provided before work begins are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop booking, please contact Tyrant 4×4 as early as possible.
Where products have already been ordered, customised or prepared specifically for your booking, cancellation may result in reasonable costs being deducted from a deposit or refund.
Where no significant costs have been incurred, Tyrant 4×4 may refund or transfer a deposit to another booking as appropriate.

Customers requiring international shipping should contact us before ordering.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, freight carrier delays, weather events and other disruptions.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
If incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer results in additional freight or redelivery charges, those reasonable additional costs may be payable by the customer.
Where a customer requests a delivery address change after dispatch or processing and the freight provider imposes an additional fee, that reasonable cost may be passed on to the customer.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a customer authorises a freight provider to leave an order unattended, delivery may occur without obtaining a signature.
Customers should consider whether an unattended delivery location is secure before providing authority to leave.
Any rights or responsibilities relating to loss or damage will be assessed according to the circumstances of the delivery and applicable law.
Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as reasonably practicable.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our change-of-mind policy operates in addition to, and does not replace, rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products supplied by Tyrant 4×4 may be covered by manufacturer or supplier warranties and, where applicable, warranties provided by Tyrant 4×4.
Warranty periods and conditions vary between products.

Any manufacturer’s or Tyrant 4×4 warranty is additional to rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Expiry of a manufacturer’s warranty does not necessarily mean that rights under the Australian Consumer Law have expired.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products must meet applicable consumer guarantees, including requirements relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with their description.
Services must also meet applicable consumer guarantees, including being provided with due care and skill and being fit for an agreed purpose.
Where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where Tyrant 4×4 agrees to install a product supplied by the customer rather than supplied by Tyrant 4×4, our responsibility for the installation service is separate from responsibility for the product itself.
We are not responsible for defects inherent in a customer-supplied product or incorrect components supplied by the customer, except to the extent that an issue is caused or contributed to by our installation or services.
We may refuse to install a customer-supplied product where we reasonably believe it is unsuitable, incomplete, unsafe or incompatible with the vehicle.
Aftermarket accessories may alter a vehicle’s dimensions, weight, handling, clearance, operation or compatibility with other components.
Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable vehicle registration, roadworthiness and modification requirements except to the extent Tyrant 4×4 has expressly agreed to provide a particular compliance service.
Tyrant 4×4 will not knowingly carry out work that we reasonably believe would be unsafe or unlawful.
Nothing in this section excludes liability arising from products or services supplied by Tyrant 4×4 where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
We aim to keep our website available and information current but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, maintain, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website from time to time.
Website availability may also be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies liability, consumer guarantees or other rights or remedies where doing so would be unlawful.
Where the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law provides a right to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage arising from a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, these Terms & Conditions do not restrict that right.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal requirements.
The version applying to a transaction will generally be the version in effect when the relevant order, booking or agreement was made, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
The latest version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any rights or laws that apply in another Australian jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded.
