Warranty coverage
Products sold by Tyrant 4×4 Accessories in Australia or overseas may include a warranty depending on the product purchased. Warranty periods begin from the date of purchase shown on your sales receipt or invoice, unless otherwise advised in writing before or at the time of purchase.

Repair or replacement
Tyrant 4×4 Accessories warrants that, at its discretion, it will repair or replace a product that is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions during the applicable warranty period.
Replacement parts
When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or part, the original product or part becomes the property of Tyrant 4×4 Accessories. Only unaltered and unmodified Tyrant 4×4 products and parts are eligible for replacement.
Replacement products or parts are covered for the remaining balance of the original warranty period. Products or parts presented for repair may be replaced with refurbished items of the same type rather than brand new parts where appropriate.
Cost of claiming under warranty
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost of making a warranty claim, including the cost of returning the product to Tyrant 4×4 Accessories.
Tyrant 4×4 Accessories is responsible for loss of or damage to your product only while it is in the possession of Tyrant 4×4 Accessories or its affiliates.
Information required for warranty claims
This warranty may be void if you do not provide information reasonably requested to allow us or our affiliates to assess and process your warranty claim.
Deposits and cancellations
Tyrant 4×4 Accessories reserves the right to retain a deposit paid for a transaction if the buyer changes their mind or cancels a purchase. This is to cover any restocking fees or costs incurred by Tyrant 4×4 Accessories in purchasing and shipping goods.
We work hard to keep website information current and accurate. Because our store is updated regularly, corrections to pricing, availability, fitment, compatibility, warranties, and related information may occur at any time without prior notice.
Transit damage
The seller does not accept liability for wheels damaged in transit. Any damage claims must be made directly with the freight carrier.
Incorrect delivery details
Tyrant 4×4 Accessories is not responsible for goods that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, including an incorrect name or address.
Order errors and cancellations

Delivery address changes
If the buyer requests a delivery address change after placing an order, any fees charged by the freight carrier may be passed on to the buyer.
Authority to leave and re-delivery
Unless the buyer gives permission for goods to be left unattended, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Any re-delivery fees charged by the freight carrier may be passed on to the buyer.
Non-delivered goods
The seller does not accept liability for non-delivered goods after twenty-one (21) days from the date of purchase. If a non-delivery is reported within that period, the seller’s liability is limited to replacing the goods within a reasonable time.
